During this family Life Messages session, we will take time to chat about your family values and mottos. Once you agree on what you want to write on the black piece of paper, we can have fun taking photos with you holding it. We can also take a few images without the message so you have a nice variety to remember this experience by. Just imagine an enlargement of a fun photo of your family altogether holding a special message that you live by and when you walk by it, you will always be reminded of what you all hold dear together. Plus, you will have some shots you can use to send to family and friends!

Small group Life Messages sessions give me major goosebumps! I adore speaking to groups of people about life messages and customizing the focus of my talk surrounding a theme that is pertinent to the group. Participants will then have an opportunity to discuss and think quietly about what their message is and write it down. I will then ask who would like to voice their message and story. At the end of our time together, we will take large group and individual shots while they hold their messages. These sessions prove to be a very bonding experience for people. They get to know more about the values of the group members while they reflect on what is important to them. They own their messages by voicing them out loud and having their photo taken holding their message, created with their own words and signed by them. This session is perfect for networking groups, charitable groups, focus groups, wellness groups, best friends, youth, people who want to give a voice to a particular topic, families, retreats and so on. Large Group Life Messages Discovery Sessions give me major moosebumpz! The energy in the room of a large group of people who are taking the time to reflect and express their messages and stories around what is most important to them is very powerful. I will start by talking to the group about Life Messages as it relates to a theme that is pertinent to the group. I will then give the participants an opportunity to discuss and think about what their message is. Once they choose their message in their own words, they write it down and sign their name to it. We will have time for a few people to voice their messages out loud to the group. Following that, we will take large and some small group photos with the group and their messages. By voicing them and having their photos taken with their life lessons, they become empowered and they bond with their peers on a subject that matters in their lives.
